Deep Dive:
The band came together through the vision of their main member, Julia, who started Blosum with her own songs. From humble beginnings, their entire discography so far has been home-recorded and produced by Julia, adding an authentic and raw feel to the music. Their latest single, “…and run” is their first collaborative release, with more to come.
As all the members of Blosum are creatively inclined even beyond music, the band puts an emphasis on DIY; they design and make their own merch whether it’s embroidered hats, crocheted beanies, hand-sewn plush creatures, screen-printed t-shirts, zines, album art, show posters, or their own website.
Blosum often unleashes their sonic odyssey at local dive bars, small venues, and DIY spaces where each show is a seamless fusion of music and atmosphere. Their songs meld into one another, creating a cohesive and immersive experience.
