FAQ

Q. What is the minimum age to attend the festival?

A. This festival is a strictly 19+ event.

Q. Are the festival venues accessible?

A. Unfortunately, both Collective Arts and Sneaky Dee’s include a full flight of stairs to access the venue. Monarch Tavern is accessible via ramps; please ask at the door or contact the venue in advance for assistance.

Q. Will there be seating available at the venues?

A. Monarch Tavern offers some seating options. Please note that other venues may be primarily standing-room only.

Q. Is re-entry allowed for the festival?

A. Yes. Re-entry is 100% allowed with your festival wristband. When you scan your ticket for the first time at any venue, you will receive a wristband that grants you access to all venues at any time for the day your ticket is valid.

Q. What is the policy if I lose or damage my wristband?

A. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, so please treat them with care. If your wristband is damaged during the festival, bring it to the door staff and they will issue a replacement.

If you have a full weekend pass, please keep your wristband on for the entire duration of the festival.

Q. Will door tickets be available?

A. A limited number of door tickets may be available, depending on venue capacity. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your entry.

Q. How can I get to the festival venues? Is there parking nearby?

A. All three venues are located in Toronto’s west end and are within a 10-minute walk of each other. They are easily accessible by public transit or by bike. There are also several public parking options nearby.

Q. Can I bring outside food or drinks into the venues?

A. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in most venues. Additionally, drinks cannot be brought between venues. Please respect the individual policies of each space.

Q. I’m a journalist/photographer – how can I apply for a media pass?

A. We will be putting out a media call closer to the festival date, and you will be asked to fill out an application form. Due to limited capacity, only a select number of media passes will be granted. Please note that media passes do not include guest list spots.
